Enough has been written about the extensive political career of the Honorable Horace Fluggins, the legislation championed, the cross-aisle tussles, the legerdemain, but what about the actual person?  Horace was born in Lower Flopton to Plumella (née Fingerbowl), a librettist, and Clyde Hubble Fluggins, a flagon-maker, amateur welterweight fighter, and boulevardier.  Horace and sister Timmo attended Saint Moira Occidental in West Flopton, both excelling in vintning and debate.  While Horace leaned heavily on debate for his career, he also sat on the board of Arbres Venteux, the fabled winery founded by Timmo in Cantrellish.  He was an avid collector of model goats, floral clocks, and antique dental headgear.  He was also, by many accounts, a complete sumbitch.
