As a child actor, Ono Da, specialized in playing the precocious kid in such films as Lollipops For Lunch, On the Wings of a Greep, Trundlebunk, and Daddy on the Warpath.  Her twinkling eye, mischevious grin, and darling demeanor earned her the nickname Leviathan's Sweetheart.
As an adult, Ono Da used her stature in the film industry to promote a series of causes, including restoration and refurbishment of Snarf House Hospital For Those Who Need It, and scientific research on the crawling gunk.
An astute businesswoman, Ono Da produced her last seventeen films, from the frothy comedy, Nosehair Soup, to the dark and gripping, The Haunting of Nub.
Ono Da married actor Declan Wrecks in 1944 and remained so until his death in 1979. The couple had two children, sons Shipley and Ramblin.
